A Christian Is To Focus on Heavenly Things / Christ:
Enemies of God Have Their Focus On Earth Not Heaven: Philippians 3:18-20
For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping,
that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: whose end is destruction,
whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame-who set their
mind on earthly things. For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we
also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,
Our Eyes To Be Fixed on Christ: Heb 12:2 fixing our eyes on Jesus,
the author and perfecter of faith,(NASB)
We Are Told To Endure For the Great Possession (Heaven): Heb 10:34
for you had compassion on me in my chains, and joyfully accepted the plundering
of your goods, knowing that you have a better and an enduring possession
for yourselves in heaven.
Our Hope Is In Heaven: Col 1:5 because of the hope which is laid
up for you in heaven, of which you heard before in the word of the truth
of the gospel,
Heavenly Reward: Luke 6:23 Be glad in that day and leap for joy,
for behold, your reward is great in heaven. For in the same way their fathers
used to treat the prophets.
Our Desire Is a Heavenly Country: Heb11:16 But now they desire
a better, that is, a heavenly country. Therefore God is not ashamed to
be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them. / 2 Cor 5:2
Christians Have One Hope: Heaven
One Body-One Hope: Eph 4:4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as
also you were called in one hope of your calling;
We Have Newness of Live with Christ's Seal: Eph 2:6 and raised us
up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,
Jews & Gentiles Have A Common Hope: Eph 2:11-14 Therefore remember
that formerly you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision
by the so-called Circumcision, which is performed in the flesh by human
hands -- remember that you were at that time separate from Christ, excluded
from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise,
having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you
who formerly were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

2 Timothy 4:18
The Other 'Sheep' Are Gentiles: Jn 10:16, Jesus says: "And
I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; those also I must bring,
and they will listen to my voice, and they will become one flock, one shepherd.
One Sacrifice: Jn 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave
his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but
have eternal life.
Christians Have a Heavenly Hope
We Have a Living Hope: Col 1:5 because of the hope which is laid up
for you in heaven, of which you heard before in the word of the truth of
the gospel,1 Pet 1:3 / Col 1:5 /Heb 3:1
Christian Inheritance Is Heaven: 1 Pet 1:4 to obtain an inheritance
which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in
heaven for you, / Eph 1:1-23 / Eph 2:6/Mark 10:21/ Luke 6:23/ Luke 12:33
Citizenship Is In Heaven: Phil 3:20 For our citizenship is in heaven,
from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ;
Paul Prays For Deliverance and Preservation For Heaven: 2 Tim 4:18
And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His
heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!
We Are Partakers of The Heavenly Calling: Heb 3:1 Therefore, holy
brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High
Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus, Heb 10:34
Christians In Their Earthly Bodies Yearn For Heaven: 2 Cor 5:2 For
indeed in this house we groan, longing to be clothed with our dwelling
from heaven, /1 Cor 15:49
Christians Look Forward To An Eternal Residence: 2 Cor 5:1 FOR we
know that if the earthly tent which is our house is torn down, we have
a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

Kingdom and Heaven (Same Place): Col 1:13 or He rescued us from
the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved
Son, (see Col 1:5)
Our Inheritance Is Sealed (Via Holy Spirit) In Heaven: Ephesians
2:6 and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places
in Christ Jesus, / 2 Cor 5:5 /Heb 6:4
Our Names Are Recorded In Heaven: Luke 10:20 Nevertheless do not
rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that
your names are recorded in heaven.
Our Treasures To Be Found In Heaven: Luke 18:22 When Jesus heard
this, He said to him, One thing you still lack; sell all that you possess
and distribute it to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven; and
come, follow Me. / Luke 12:33 / Mark 10:21
Our Bodies Will Bear The Image of Heavenly (Resurrected Bodies): 1
Cor 15:49 Just as we have borne the image of the earthy, we will also bear
the image of the heavenly.
Paul Is Assured That His Place Is In Heaven: 2 Tim 4:18 The Lord
will rescue me from every evil deed, and will bring me safely to His heavenly
kingdom; to Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
There Is No Intermediary State (n Soul Sleep): Acts 7:55,59 But
being full of the Holy Spirit, he{Stephen} gazed intently into heaven and
saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God; ...They
went on stoning Stephen as he called on the Lord and said, Lord Jesus,
receive my spirit!
God's Promise of New Heaven and Earth: 2 Pet 3:13 But according
to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which
righteousness dwells.
