Who Needs to be Born Again?
Jn 3:3 Jesus answered," I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again." Jn 3:5 Jesus answered, " I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit." Jn 3:7...'You must be born again.' |
| Did Jesus say 'a certain class, caste or person with good standing' must be born again? No, he said NO ONE CAN ENTER THE KINGDOM UNLESS HE IS BORN AGAIN, YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN! |
Do you want to enter God's Kingdom or do you want to be eternally separated from him? |
| Even if you have all the credentials of Nicodemus (Jew, high position, teacher, educated, respected, morally upright, cultured ethical ) you still need to be born again! There are NO exceptions! |
| Are you religious? Do you worship every week, attend weekly Bible meetings, study your Bible, even speak to people door to door about the Bible? You need to be born again or everything you have committed to is in vain. Your efforts cannot please God. Your works are as filthy rags. |
| Rom 3:23 says all have sinned (we are all in the same position-sinners dead in our sins) |
| Rom 6:23 penalty for sin is death (we deserve eternal separation from God) |

Flesh gives birth to flesh (we are helpless, we cannot produce anything spiritual), spirit gives birth to spirit (The Holy Spirit has to intervene if we want to enter the Kingdom, we have to depend on Christ) * What this passage is saying is that we cannot enter the kingdom by our own merits, that means works cannot help you inherit the kingdom! |
| You are spiritually dead/helpless (flesh gives birth to flesh) without the Holy Spirit! |
| You need a 'Spiritual Parent,' that is to be adopted into the Kingdom of God Jn 3:3 |
* Without spiritual rebirth we cannot commit to the great commission (see 1 Pet 1:12), nor can we have any spiritual graces(Gal 5:22-23) or gifts(1 Cor 12:4-11) of the spirit ! We also cannot abide with God eternally because we will be separated from Him. |

Christ died on the tree for your sins. He was bodily resurrected having
power over death, so that He could give you eternal life!
