According to the scriptures they share the same 'omnipotent' qualities!

Col 1:17 He is before all things, and in all things, and in him all things hold together
Ex 3:14-15 God says to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM...." (self existent one)

Mat 8:27 The men were amazed and asked,"What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him?" Ps 107:29 He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed**

Mark 1:27 ...He even gives orders to evil spirits and they obey him.

Mark 2:5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic," Son your sins are forgiven." Jer 31:34 I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more**

Col 1:15 He is the image of the invisible God...For by him all things were created...He is before all things, and in him, all things hold together...
Gen 2:7 the Lord formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life

Isaiah 45:12 I made the earth, and created man upon it; it was my hands that stretched out the heavens, and I commanded all their host

Jn 1:1-3 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. Isa 40:28...The Lord is the everlasting God the creator of the ends of the earth....

Question: Why would Jesus share the same 'God-like' qualities as God himself? What does this say to you?
